Merupakan sebuah anak syarikat milik penuh Perbadanan Kemajuan Pertanian Negeri Pahang  yang telah memulakan operasi pada 1hb Mac 1994. Aktiviti utama adalah dalam sektor perladangan dan pertanian yang melibatkan tanaman kelapa sawit, pemprosesan minyak sawit mentah, penternakan lembu daging dan tenusu, pemprosesan baja organik, pelancongan tani dan akuakultur.

MISI

  • Menjadi warga korporat yang terulung dan bertanggungjawab di Negeri Pahang khususnya dan di Malaysia amnya dalam bidang pertanian.
  • Mengembangkan perniagaan sedia ada dan meneroka bidang baru yang berasaskan pertanian termasuk bioteknologi, e-pertanian dan akuakultur.
  • Meningkatkan produktiviti dan kecekapan operasi perladangan dengan memaksimumkan hasil dan keuntungan pada kos yang minimum.
  • Menguatkan kebolehupayaan pengurusan dan guna tenaga syarikat.
